Dr. Dunn is an assistant professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin. His research focuses on the development and application of novel optical imaging techniques for high-resolution functional brain imaging.

Education and experience
Prior to joining the University of Texas in 2005, Dr. Dunn was an instructor at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital in the Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging. He received a doctorate degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Texas and was a postdoctoral fellow at the Beckman Laser Institute at the University of California, Irvine.
